i went to the Renaissance Fair today. as usual, it was a thoroughly interesting and enriching experience for me. since serving my own Mistress, i am now more tuned in and aware of O/others who observe and keep the lifestyle. from all perspectives, the Ren Faire is a place in which all people can celebrate their diversity ... no matter in what form it may manifest itself.
today i saw two examples of male submissives honoring and serving their Mistresses in the main courtyard. it was quite obvious with both these lifestyle couples. the heat outside here today was close to 100. as such, i was intrigued as i watched a dutiful male slave extend an umbrella over the head of his Mistress while She strolled around the compound. it was obvious that he was following Her commands and directions, as when She snapped Her fingers he knew exactly what to do. She grew tired of carrying Her purse and it was picked up on immediately. the male slave with eyes downcast. quickly retrieved Her bag and placed it on His shoulder and walked behind Her respectfully. this entire scene took place without one utterance of a verbal command. the two worked together in tandem. it was amazing to watch.

suddenly, overt submissive feelings seemed to take over my emotions. i had a lump in my throat and what seemed to be a hole in my being. how i longed to at that moment to serve and honor my Mistress. yet, these past two weeks i have been on vacation and unable to serve Her due to the distance between U/us. i do so miss Her, as i post this.
