i truly love this scene. he is dutifully washing Her feet and from all indications preparing to give his Mistress a pedicure. the basic elements of the daily lifestyle are certainly expected and in motion here.  She is expressing Her dominance over him by resting Her right foot on top of his head. She accepts his attention with an aire of non-chalance, yet is definitely in control.   Y/you can see the concentration and focus on his face as he seeks to please and serve his Mistress. the fact that he has layed out her clothes neatly and orderly speaks well of him and the training he has received under Her.
